The homegrown hotel management company signed a new project with Qatari business conglomerate, Bin Al Sheikh Holding Group.
Further strengthening its presence in the Middle Eastern hospitality segment, Rotana signed a new partnership with the Qatar-based Bin Al Sheikh Holding Group. The new project includes the management of Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana with 400 keys and 103 keys under The Residences by Rotana brand in Doha.
Expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2022, the new properties will usher in a new era of hospitality in Doha. It will add 503 rooms to Rotana’s existing 1,110 rooms in Qatar, just in time for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The upcoming hotel and residences will feature an all-day dining restaurant and café, two expansive meeting rooms, a fully equipped gymnasium and a swimming pool, making it the ideal choice for business and leisure travellers.

The new project follows Rotana taking over the management of the 250-key Sedra Arjaan by Rotana, located in Doha's iconic Pearl Island. The company also recently signed a hotel management agreement under the Centro Hotels brand, with a stylish 350-key property that is set to add a new dimension to Doha’s vibrant hospitality scene by 2023.
