Fabulous finds for her

'Colour me pretty' is the theme of the season, with our favourite labels presenting pieces in a range of vibrant, eye-catching hues

Spring fling

Channelling the vibrant hues of the season, Karl Lagerfeld's spring collection features a warm colour palette, including orange, turquoise, pink, yellow and green. Our top pick is this effortlessly versatile tailored gilet, which adds a sophisticated finish to any outfit. It is made from iridescent Italian crepe in a rich, earthy terracotta for an eye-catching look. Price on request

Arm candy

Versace's Spring/Summer 2023 collection sees the launch of the label's Repeat bag. Inspired by an archival Versace hobo bag from the early 2000s, the new edition is defined by Medusa zipper hardware, a detachable and adjustable shoulder strap and a half-moon shape.

The collection is available in several sizes, from mini to large, and comes in a variety of materials and colours. Prices start from $1,500

Divine in white

Giambattista Valli's spring collection stays authentic to the Italian designer's signature style. Pieces for the season feature bouclé tweeds adorned with gold braided shoulder straps and gold piping, much like this sequin-trimmed boucle mini dress. $4,000

Satin touch

Prada's Spring 2023 collection sees the brand strive for perfect imperfection, with styles that evoke a sense of rawness and that of being unfinished. This printed satin mini skirt debuted on the runway in Milan and features an unevenly dyed print, and is available in red (pictured) and orange.

The pencil skirt has a side slit that is made to look like it is torn, which gives the piece its unfinished look and infuses a quirky vibe into it. It works equally well during the day (adding a touch of playfulness to workwear) as it does on a night out on the town. $2,232

Spritz it up

Yves Saint Laurent's original floral Libre scent has a new edition with a spicy twist. The Exclusive Libre Le Parfum is now at its most intense!

Saffron flower forms the core note, with the blooms harvested directly from Morocco’s Ourika Garden. Dainty whispers of lavender and orange blossom remain from the original. And the base features vanilla, honey and vetiver, which evokes a heated yet soothing effect all in one hit. $185

Best foot forward

Easy to slip on, Bottega Veneta's knot mules are inspired by the brand's iconic knotted embellishments usually found on its coveted bags. This pair features the namesake accent as the knotted heel, with its gold-toned finish, makes a glamorous, high-impact statement. Made from premium leather, the structure holds your foot securely in place, promising both style and comfort. It is finished with the brand's signature square toe and rubber grooves on the sole. $1,514

Bold vision

Alexander McQueen's latest nod to British punk style, the brand's Spike Studs Mask and Spike Studs Cart-Eye Mask sunglasses were unveiled during its Spring/Summer 2023 showcase. The frames are bold, bear a futuristic look and are embellished with silver metal spikes – a true McQueen signature. The rimless glasses come with gold or silver metal temples, while the lenses range in colour from smoke to brown and pale blue to pink. For something more dramatic, these are also available in mirrored silver and red. Prices start from $580
